“You are incredible, thank you for making our holiday event a huge success again” – Carstarr
Choosing your entertainment for your function should never be left to chance. The single most important item of an event is the entertainment, it can make or break the event. The hours of hard work that go into a dinner gala, function or party are unfortunately lost when the entertainment isnt on par with the quality of the night.
Mysterion has performed at over 10 thousand events in his 20 plus year career as Canadas foremost mentalist. He has been the choice act for events for fortune 500 companies and small business owners. At huge galas and private house parties. One thing is ALWAYS Guaranteed: Mysterion will bring Laughter and amazing mind magic to your group and leave your guests talking about it for weeks to come.
These photos are from a recent event for a prominent Law firm in Toronto’s financial district. Guests were stunned as Mysterion roamed the room and performed personal one on one mind reading for guests. Whether in this type of setting or on a stage in front of hundreds, even thousands, Mysterion is the top entertainment option for your next event.

The room was filled with the scent of pink roses, the guests arrived and had their dinner as I eagerly sat in the greenroom waiting to get out and read minds. Then the video testimonials from their clients began and I realized that it wasn’t me who was the star tonight, it was them.
Transforming the cancer experience for families with free childcare and support. That’s what these people do and it’s wonderful.
I had an amazing time entertaining at the beautiful Grace venue in Toronto where Nankind held their annual event both interacting with guests and then a full stage show bringing the house down. Mentalism is always the perfect tool to bring an event to the next level.
Being in the public eye means I will often cross paths and even work with celebrities. Its always exciting to be part of a show with an act I have enjoyed for years or meeting an athlete or sports star that has achieved world recognition. Here are some of photos of celebrities including Ric Flair, Dick Van Dyke, Elvira, John Waters and more. “That was incredible” – Terry Crews (Sentimentalists) “You’re a strange animal” – Gowan.
Canada Sends Something Strange to Burbank’s CIA – LA Weekly
Canadian TV stars and world-class mentalist duo The Sentimentalists (Chris Mysterion and Steffi Kay) brought their acclaimed magic/sideshow/burlesque show Something Strange to the CIA in Burbank. The sold-out show featured amazing performers from both Canada and USA.
Burlesque legend Mosh brought down the house with her fan dance, while Kali Von Wunderkammer, creator of The Southern Sideshow Hootenanny, did two burlesque sets — one with a bed of nails and the other on a stage of broken glass. Cecil the Sad Clown, winner of “Master of Comedy” in the 2016 Burlypicks Nationals and breakout contestant on America’s Got Talent, drew a chicken out of his (ahem) pants. Rounding out the burlesque performers was Canadian superstar Paige Turner (known as the Painted Lady, Paige is Canada’s most tattooed burlesque performer).
On the magic front, The Sentimentalists did three sets, each one crazy cool. I honestly could not even begin to guess how they do the things they do. Canadian magicians were the only magicians in the house on Saturday night, with Chris Turchi (CHRYSTERIOUS) doing some light ball play and Brandon David reading minds and throwing cards.
Something Strange is a monthly show in Canada, and we can only hope that here in again and again.
